Summary:
Sub-assembly of chassis, lube/OTR, and other body prep and compressor sub-assembly.
Typical parts are engine and transmission assemblies, radiators, transfer cases, auxiliary transmission, axles, air systems, hydraulic steering, electric lines, valves, tanks, brackets, linkages, tinware, etc.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. May install hitches, bodies, graders, or other equipment where assembly is predetermined.
2. Cut, fit, bend and adjust parts for fit or function as directed.
3. Drill, ream or tap holes for mounting or clearance as directed.
4. Measure wire, tubing or hose paths and cut tubing to length as directed.
5. Fill batteries and accessory grease points as directed.
6. Start up engine, check dashboard instruments for proper function.
7. Assemblies weigh up to 10,000 lbs. with appropriate handling equipment such as crane, dollies, etc. provided.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Basic
Qualifications:
Requires the use of simple arithmetic and some measuring instruments such as caliper, scale, and mechanical experience.

Preferred
Qualifications:
Previous hydraulic and/or wiring experience beneficial.
Basic blue print reading skills and experience with hand tools, wrenches and air tools desired.

Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.

1ST and 2ND Shift workersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
