_PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT_
Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work to support assigned areas as well as train and back up other support staff.
_ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS_
Schedule and coordinate meetings or calendars.
Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Process invoices, daily ledger or expense reports.
Maintain paper and electronic files and records.
Communicate with various levels of management and outside customers.
Handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Support staff in assigned project based work both in a team-oriented environment and independently.
Utilizes organization, time-management and problem solving skills to perform work efficiently and effectively.
_OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS_
May be required to maintain customer information on.
May be required to order uniforms and invoice employees.
Occasionally may be asked to drive and run local errands as requested.
May be required to cross-train and substitute for other administrative positions.
May be required to attend staff meetings; take and distribute minutes as needed.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
_REQUIREMENTS_
Normally requires an Associate's Degree in a business-related field, or the equivalent thereof, and 4 - 5 years or more of office related work experience to demonstrate advanced knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
