THE ROLE:
Are you someone who has a passion to drive positive culture and eager to support team members? We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Iowa Mold Tooling (IMT) company! As the Human Resources Manager you will be the liaison between team members and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations. This role will provide human resources support to the different business functions which may include recruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation and benefits. You will also collect and analyze human resources data, and make recommendations for changes to management. This position will be required to be onsite in Garner, Iowa. We would offer a comprehensive relocation package. HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. You are able to support the IMT leadership team and functional area(s) by being a strategic partner to advocate and answer questions regarding:
promotion, employee communications, policies/procedures and HR strategies and initiatives. You can drive and partner with the IMT leadership team in strategic planning process and development HR strategies that will support the business needs. You will be able to provide guidance on employment law, coordinate performance management, and resolve employee relations issues. You will be able to act as an expert on HR policies and procedures such as payroll, staffing, benefits, compensation, employee development and recruiting. You will be able to train and coach team members and leadership as needed. WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Eight (8) or more years of relevant HR experience. WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
